This policy explains how Xevoras collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit this website, sign in, place an order or contact us. We collect only what we need to run the store.
Data we collect
- Phone number and account identifier used for OTP sign-in.
- Name, delivery address, order contents, amounts and order status.
- Messages sent through the contact form or by email.
- Technical data needed to operate, secure and debug the site.
Why we use it
- To verify your phone number and secure your account.
- To process orders, arrange delivery and handle returns or refunds.
- To provide customer care and respond to enquiries.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Firebase and service providers
Phone sign-in and the store database are provided by Google Firebase. Product images are uploaded to the MilesWeb hosting account and stored in its media/uploads folder. This site does not use Firebase Storage. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting customer care. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
