These terms govern your use of the Xevoras website and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and acceptance
An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation screen and the order appears in your account. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be arranged, an address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable GST. Shipping charges are shown before you place the order. This website currently offers cash on delivery. Online payment can be enabled after payment-provider configuration is completed.
Delivery
We deliver within India to valid street addresses. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags and packaging. Some categories are non-returnable for hygiene or customisation reasons.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your phone number secure. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access another person’s account, scrape data, interfere with security, or place fraudulent orders.
